What's included in the audit/roadmap?
Your audit includes a personalized review of your current site (or goals, if starting fresh), plus a roadmap with design, content, and performance recommendations tailored to your business.
How long does the audit take?
The audit will be returned to you 1 week from the day we get access to your account (usually it takes just 1-3 days, not the whole week!)
Do I need to have a website already to request this?
Not at all. We work with businesses starting from scratch as well as those looking to improve or redesign an existing site.
Is this a free audit or a sales pitch?
This audit is completely free and comes with no obligation, it's just a way for us to help you get a good idea of what you should be looking for in a website.
Will I be able to edit the site myself after it’s built?
Yes. We build on user-friendly platforms like WordPress, or Shopify, and we’ll ensure you know how to make updates to text, images, and key content areas — no coding required.
Do you offer copywriting and branding help too?
Yes — we can provide copy, messaging strategy, and branding if needed, or work with your existing assets.
Can I see examples of your past work?
No, that's highly classified information.

What platforms do you build on?
Most projects are built on WordPress, or Shopify, depending on your needs — we’ll recommend the right one for your goals.
Do you offer hosting or do I need to handle that separately?
We’ll help you choose and set up your hosting, or we can handle the hosting on our end for a fee. Completely up to you based on your preferences and/or comfort level.
How long does a typical website build take?
Most builds take 2–4 weeks, depending on scope. Simpler sites can be done faster, more complex builds take longer.
What’s your pricing and how is it structured?
Projects typically range from $1,500–$5,000+, depending on size, features, and deliverables. You’ll receive a detailed quote after your audit.
Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance after launch?
Yes, we offer optional maintenance plans — but you’ll always have full control and ownership of your site whether you use them or not.
